ABOUT CARING CRITTERS COLLECTION

Caring Critters Collection was created to nurture kindness, empathy, and responsibility in young learners through animal-centered stories and activities.
Each resource is thoughtfully designed to support meaningful learning moments — whether at home, in the classroom, or anywhere children are growing and discovering the world around them. Through gentle lessons, creativity, and positive reinforcement, Caring Critters Collection encourages children to care for animals, for one another, and for themselves.
The collection includes printable activities, coloring pages, certificates, and learning tools that support social-emotional growth in ways that feel natural, calm, and engaging. These materials are designed to be easy to use, age-appropriate, and grounded in values that matter.
A Note from the Creator
Caring Critters Collection was created by Ruth Diamond, a parent and animal lover who believes that kindness is one of the most important lessons we can teach children.
Inspired by a lifelong love of animals and a desire to create meaningful learning experiences, Ruth created Caring Critters Collection to support parents and teachers in guiding children with compassion, patience, and creativity.
I have always been a firm believer in The Golden Rule. I raised my son with that belief at the heart of everything we did — to treat others with kindness, compassion, and respect.
Today, he is 30 years old and the kindest, most loving, empathetic animal lover I know. Watching the way he moves through the world has only strengthened my belief that when kindness is taught early and practiced daily, it truly shapes who we become.
That belief is at the heart of Caring Critters Collection.
